- A Unique open world
- Medieval Fantasy influenced setting
- Incorporating survival, action and RPG elements
- Built-in Unreal Engine 5
- 3rd person viewpoint
- Set in a world with ever-changing seasons.
- designed with stylized realism which will seamlessly create immersion like no other world you’ve explored before.
- A game with a focus on lore, where the story is defined by you, your experience and the choices you make.
- Targeted for PC; stretch goals for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One and Series X and Nintendo's Next Generation hardware.
Most video game stories go from A to B. You are driven between predetermined goals and steps that may not fit with your intent. Our goal is to include lore and story without isolating our players.
"Now What Do I Do?" – a stigma that affects many other games with linear paths and progression. You complete a task, and there is only one option to proceed. To prevent this, we are adopting a novel strategy that prioritizes lore over story. This makes it more attuned to real life, where you actively seek out and learn about the topics that are important to you rather than being compelled to go the same route as everyone else.
Consider the possibility that you learn about a witch who is kidnapping children from a village. You choose to go down this route, which reveals history for the hamlet and the entire world, as well as the rationale behind her abduction of the kids.
Based on your actions, the events of this quest will then provide you with hints, clues, and information. Of course, doing so will reveal the history of the planet and possibly shed light on why you are even there.
Our goal is to create a setting that stimulates curiosity yet doesn't demand conformity. Throughout your time in Legacy Intertwined, you can learn as much or as little history as you desire.
Your impact on the world and the people you choose to aid, or damage will be felt by others. As you amass riches, others will seek you out and look to take what you’ve earned.
You have full control of your progression, and the connections you make. Companions and factions are important to this progression.
Everyone's story will be different because the world is constantly changing.
It is up to the player to decide on how they will be known to the world. Craftsperson. City builder. Adventurer. Dungeon dweller. Criminal. You decide.
Your character will be fully customizable. Your purpose will be set out by the choices and actions you commit to the world. In Legacy Intertwined, your growth is important, and your choices regarding your job, your home, and your adventures will all directly impact how you view the world and how others in the world view you.
Choose your weapons, style, and professions. Carve out your legacy in the world. Just remember one thing adventurer, your legacy can be one of glory, or pity depending on your choices.
Legacy Intertwined is a game where things are constantly evolving.
Seasons change. Alliances change. Threats across the world emerge in a way that could envelop you at any moment. You must be prepared for harsh winters and dry summers. Resources that you gather will be of vital importance and ensure your survival in Legacy Intertwined. We plan to implement multiple diverse biomes. Each biome will have their own individual cultures, settings and creatures.
The Legacy Intertwined world will be in constant development and will be updated frequently.

The AI communities have the same goal as you. Some will thrive, while others will struggle. All will have varying degrees of strength and will grow stronger over time.
If you leave an orc camp alone, it may grow into a thriving fortress that poses a significant threat to you as a player. Around you, NPC towns and villages will form, and these civilizations and cultures will form alliances, trade routes, and conquests.
You must pay close attention to these details because your interactions with others will have direct consequences for you, your tribe, or your clan. The world is always changing, and so should you.
Cultures in Legacy Intertwined will also influence the world. Some will thrive, while others will struggle. All will have varying degrees of strength and will grow or struggle over time.
If you leave an orc camp alone, it may grow into a thriving fortress that poses a significant threat to you as a player. As you explore, towns and villages will form and grow, and these civilizations and cultures will create alliances, trade routes, and conquests.
You will be tasked to pay close attention to these details as your interactions with others will have direct consequences for you, your tribe, or your clan. The world is always changing, and so should you.
Relationships between you and other factions will differ greatly. How you deal with the inhabitants of Legacy Intertwined and how they respond to you will change as you help or hinder them through quests, missions, bounties, and direct combat.
Your influence will directly impact the relationship between you and other players. You must also consider how you influence NPC relationships. In Addition, options for interaction with factions with whom you have improved your relationships will evolve over time.
You will be able to open trade caravan routes between your village and others, or hire specific companions/NPCs with unique abilities to support your growing community.
Survival in Legacy Intertwined will not be easy. Your ability to explore and survive will be seamless and fluid. You will be able to climb mountains, scale walls, sprint, swim, dive, and experience the world in a variety of ways.
Legacy Intertwined will have a semi-interactive environment full of chests, loot, and other secrets waiting to be discovered. You will cut down trees, mine ore, plunder, loot, steal , raid, be raided (by NPCs or other players), or be captured.
There will always be a certain level of pressure on your decisions and experience while playing Legacy Intertwined. Pressure is what makes a gaming experience enjoyable. If your actions have no consequences, the entire gameplay experience becomes boring and mundane.
You will have to work to survive in Legacy Intertwined. Manage your health, stamina, food, and water. All are critical to your success. You must also be aware of other ailments, such as poisons and environmental effects.
Weather and seasons will fluctuate as you play. Your gameplay experience will be influenced by where you choose to live. Finding or making shelter from the elements should be your top priority.
Combat, movement, and gathering are the most important aspects of any action RPG. These are the activities that players will be doing much of their time playing. As such, they deserve the most consideration and care.
In Legacy Intertwined, combat will be like fighting games, with inputs for normal and heavy attacks, and buttons for skills. Combat will be fluid and responsive, providing new opportunities for mastery.
As you till the soil and manipulate the world around you, you will see trees fall, rocks split, and the world change tangibly. Players will be able to feel and see the consequences of their actions in the real world, and this game will give you that opportunity.
A fulfilling, distilled progression through the game is critical. It affects the level of immersion a player feels. Legacy Intertwined emphasizes progression, not unlike your real-life experiences.
Proficiency will not be given but earned. At lower proficiencies, attacks will require more stamina, and combos will be limited. As you progress, you will become more fluid. Attacks will cost less stamina, and you will learn new skills. Over time, your combat range will expand.
This holds true for all aspects of character development. The quality of the material you can gather is affected by your gathering ability. Your ability to craft a specific type of item will influence how durable or protective your equipment is.
As you progress, you will gain talent points that you can spend on skills and attributes of your choice. This enables a classless system in which your character is truly your creation.
(Teaser) As an example, if you decide to specialize in katana, over time, you may unlock a draw stance or an overhead stance, which results in different techniques or playstyles.
Building will also be critical to your success in Legacy Intertwined. Our construction system will be based on a modular blueprint system. You will be able to place and modify your existing blueprint, and build into your plans. This encourages a more cooperative gameplay flow in multiplayer and allows you to see what is being built before placing it down if you play solo.
Our building system will be inclusive of community management and companions. You can use the community management system to hire NPCs and companions and put them to work in your settlement. You can start as a lone citizen, and build a house, a town, or a city if you want. Hire Npcs to automate the functions you don't want to do while focusing on what you enjoy.
If you prefer to avoid the hassle of construction, homes will also be available to purchase in one of the towns on your server instead. (If you have earned enough reputation with that faction of course.)
Crafting ideas don’t suddenly realize themselves without effort. Recipes will be obtained from sources that are likely to be knowledgeable about that item. As an example, you may get stone block recipes by killing a quarryman in a stone quarry. The same is true for other goods in the world. Weapons, and the ingredients to craft them, will be available from the creatures and characters who wield them.
The quality of what you gather is based on your proficiency for that skill. These proficiencies will also affect your overall crafting ability and will determine the quality of the items you can craft. The type of material and player skill will have a great influence on durability. These elements will also influence potency, damage, and effectiveness of your craftables. A novice alchemist's potion may have unintended consequences and harm you, or it may not even cure the disease at all.
Practice always makes better.
Companions and NPCs will be a welcome and important addition to your settlement. Companions will have varying levels of expertise and power depending on how and where they were obtained. They will have distinct personalities. Companions can be customized with unique skills and talents.
Companions will be able to accompany you on your journey or work in your town to help produce goods as well as guard or defend your village. Hireable NPCS, on the other hand, will typically serve a specific purpose, so you should pay attention to which characteristics they possess before hiring them.
Pets are a unique feature; pets will neither die, nor assist in combat. They can be obtained in a variety of ways. Some of the rarer pets will be locked behind the game's most difficult and rewarding content.
Taming, on the other hand, will require determination and luck in order to win the hearts and minds of creatures. There will also be places where creatures can be purchased, i.e., horses, pigs, sheep. As with most things in life, however, the creatures that are the most difficult to obtain will be the most valued for your collection.
We intend to add several mounts and combat pets that you will be able to use based on your overall taming and animal handling skills.
Combat in Legacy Intertwined will be difficult. The enemy AI will react to your efforts to defeat it. When attacked with a bow, the enemy will fight with its shield raised, attempting to close the distance or taking cover and maneuvering.
Use magic to thwart your enemy? Expect them to consume a magical defense potion. Enemies will react to your actions as a player. Enemy AI will be enhanced as the enemies become more powerful.
The wait for a new adventure can be palpable. We intend to add frequent updates to Legacy Intertwined and be fully candid and open with the community to make the wait more engaging.
You can expect regular development vlogs, community Q&A sessions, active social media profiles, as well as competitions and activities.
We are always open to suggestions and creative feedback. Inspiration comes from open communication. Please contact us at any time during the development process to provide feedback.
Our goal is to create the best medieval fantasy multiplayer survival action RPG available.

I am an entertainer at heart. I like creating worlds and characters for other people to enjoy. Making video games allows me to do that in a much more interactive medium than movies or books. Game creation is in itself a unique kind of puzzle. Seeing all the various elements come together into a cohesive whole is an amazing experience. Plus there is no better feeling than finally fixing that one bug that just wont seem to go away.

I have spent over a decade of my life studying the art of video games and video games themselves as an art medium. I have never and could never view them as anything else. They are part interactive story telling and part living artwork- both move as you move through the game. I believe a good video game should leave an impression and possibly even change a little part of you after you experience it. (edited)

I have recently completed my Bachelors degree in game development at the University of Canberra, Australia. I have always loved playing a character in which you had to navigate an unknown environment, finding lost treasure or little lore notes in secluded areas, off the beaten path. To me, environments are what help to immerse yourself within a game, and I want to be the one creating these environments.

I'm a concept artist working in the games industry, and I'm absolutely in love with what I do. The combination of creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork is what draws me to game development, and as a concept artist, I get to be at the forefront of it all.
From designing characters and environments to crafting props and weapons, I love the challenge of bringing a game's world to life and creating a visual experience that players won't forget.
For me, there's nothing quite like the feeling of seeing my designs come to life in a game, and knowing that I've played a part in creating an unforgettable gaming experience for millions of players around the world.

Writers :
Name: JP Walker
Profession: Narrative Writer and Designer
Notable Projects: I'm a jack-of-all-trades designer and narrative writer. My speciality lies in young adult fiction, but I am also trained in scenography, visual art, and internet tomfoolery. I have a deep love for the natural world as someone who grew up in the mountains doing conservation work. My goal on this project is to create a world that is both comforting to spend time in and fun to try to survive.
Multiplayer Role-Playing Games are undoubtedly the most difficult genre in the industry to execute on. Game design is expensive and risky. We are putting together a team of veterans that are aware of and have experienced these difficulties, and we will discover a solution to reduce and handle any issues that may develop.
Using GoFundMe allows us to access funds immediately and speed up the development process. As you may have guessed, making a game is expensive
The approximate cost of establishing and maintaining a game development studio in the United States for a year is close to $750,000, including federal withholding, social security, insurance, and state tax, and includes variable expenditures like Internet, power, heat, and other expenses. The following components make up this cost:
10 employees
(1 front-end and 1 back-end programmer, 1 software engineer, 1 2D/3D artist, 1 game designer, 1 Art Generalist, 1 Sound Tech, and 2 writers, all middlemen) - average $73,000 gross per person per year. ($730,000).
Workstations (basic furniture, PCs, and monitors): approx. $12,000 ($1,200/person * 10)
Office space rental for a year is about. $24,000
Licensing: Perforce And Hacknplan - $,5000 annually, plus around $500 per person per team.
While creating the budget, don't forget to account for 5% to 10% of overhead on top of each employee's wage (this overhead includes office utility bills depending on the state and area). You should also take into account other minute expenses. The costs listed above are still very approximate, but they do give you a broad idea of how much the project will cost us in the United States.
With that said initial funds will go back into game design, licensing, art, concepts, and writing so we can put more content in your hands. While pursuing larger sources of funding. (Grants, Investors, Etc.) we will showcase a wide variety of content.
This content will include character art and models, animations, trailers, environments and gameplay demonstrations.
From there, we will continue to ramp up and scale the team to create the ultimate
experience for you as a player.
It is our life purpose to design and develop the game gamers deserve to have in their library.
We plan on full transparency. Any problems or unknowns we encounter will be explicitly and honestly detailed and addressed with our followers. There is nothing worse than feeling like you invested in a project that you love only to be left in the dark.
We will strive to support and drive this level of commitment with our community throughout development of Legacy Intertwined.
In Addition, as development begins, we may discover that some of the systems or mechanisms we’ve outlined here aren't enjoyable or beneficial to the game's overall health and success. In certain circumstances, be aware that as we gather feedback, conduct tests, and create polish, game features may change fundamentally, or be excluded. The goal will always be the same, but the path may change.
We are fully aware of the challenges and rewards a project of this magnitude can and will result in and our commitment to you is that we will make this project happen, no matter what!
These are our promises to you:
Consistently release information and continue to
Be open and forward with our entire development process.
And, in the case that a meteor hits the earth and stops our progression, we will issue full refunds to all our backers.
