Please be a part of PJ Hutchison's Fearless Fight

My name is Tammy Williams and I am fundraising for my nephew, PJ Hutchison. PJ was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney disease in 2017. He has been an exemplary example of how to live ever since. He was diagnosed at 24, while other young adults that age are enjoying life, and maybe indulging in unhealthy food and unhealthy drinking, he knew his health depended on him taking care of his body so that he could prolong needing dialysis and/or a transplant. While some may become bitter, he truly has had a positive outlook.

The time that we as a family have been dreading, has unfortunately come. PJ was admitted to St. David's Hospital in Austin last night, as he has reached Stage 5 Kidney Disease/End Stage Renal Disease caused by IGA Nephropathy. He will have a port placed to start dialysis tomorrow. He will continue to receive outpatient dialysis, while waiting to be placed on the transplant list. We are hopeful that PJ will be able to get a transplant in the next year.

We are asking for donations to help with medical, as well as living expenses, as he will not be able to work while he is taking dialysis. His health declined so quickly over a month's time, and he did not foresee losing his income so quickly.
