I am reaching out for your support in my ongoing battle to reunite with my children, who were taken, but I prefer the term stolen, they were stolen by Salford Social Services and Cafcass six years ago. The absence of my children haunts every moment of my life, and I am fighting tirelessly to bring them back home.

I was born in Uganda and entered into an arranged marriage at a young age. After enduring a difficult life, I gave birth to my daughter, Angel. Seeking a better future, I left Angel with my mother and moved abroad, where I tragically fell victim to human trafficking. After a harrowing ordeal, I was eventually returned to the UK. In England, I found a semblance of peace and even joy. With the help of a charity, I brought Angel to the UK. She adapted quickly, thriving in her new environment. Later, I had a son, Emmanuel, and our little family found happiness in simple pleasures like park walks and birthday parties.

My nightmare began in 2017 when I approached Salford Social Services for parenting advice, given my background as a trafficking survivor and a young mother in a new country. Instead of support, they took my children away, claiming it was in their, my children’s, "best interest." They said I was a "vulnerable adult," yet provided no evidence to justify their actions. My children were given new identities, and I was stripped of my rights as a mother. Neither my partner or I were ever arrested. We never harmed our children nor were we questioned by Social Services.

Their removal left a void in my life. I've been fighting relentlessly in court for their return, but the legal costs are overwhelming.

The funds raised will directly cover legal expenses associated with the court proceedings to reunite with Angel and Emmanuel. Every contribution brings me a step closer to holding my children again. I am eternally grateful for any support you can offer, whether it's a donation or sharing my story. Your kindness could change our lives and help mend a family torn apart.
