Please help Destiny & Jr..

It is with a very heavy heart that I author this. Nearing the 10th anniversary of the death of my brother law, Hector Lugo, never did I imagine once again being in a similar situation. 9 months ago my sister Heather was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. At the time her prognosis was positive and we all were thankful for the discovery and hopeful for her journey and never imagined an outcome other than full remission. Sadly one month ago her condition took a drastic turn and the news of her cancers ugly aggressive head came to light. The number of tumors doubled and have consumed every major organ and her brain stem. Even with that news… Heather flipped both middle fingers up and said bring it on. Chemo has been destructive to her body and destroyed her kidneys to the point that we had to make a difficult decision to stop it as she became unresponsive and treatments became counter productive. Today, after several extreme efforts to reverse the damage and bring her back to us in some capacity, we - her family and closest friends - have made the difficult decision to place Heather in hospice care. At this time the damage to her body and the tumors have become just to much for her. She fought every single day in every single way she knew how. Sadly as this disease took control of her she was unable to work - losing her job at Hobby Lobby as well as medical, disability, and life insurance coverage. As a unit we are now faced with medical expenses, after life expenses, and immediate future care for her children. These 2 amazing children who will now have lost both of their parents in less than 10 years of each other. I come to you friends and strangers to ask for your compassion, kindness, and generosity. We can not do it alone. If you could find any way to help our family we would be forever grateful. If you can’t, if you could please share this humble request and above all please pray to whomever it is you pray to for us all. All who knew her are losing an amazing human being.
