Please help the ROGERS with unexpected costs

Hello...I'm Jodi Rogers & on Tuesday, July 25th 2023 at exactly 4:30 pm my hubby, Richard was hit by a man in a silver Honda Accord who was being chased by the ALBANY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT & NY State police (you can see them in this photo). Richard was proceeding through the intersection of Bassett St. & Green St. in downtown Albany to pick me up from work when this occurred. The people being apprehended were caught and are being held in Albany County Correctional Facility. No one is returning our calls from the Sheriff's Department, we're being brushed off, and it sucks. Our insurance reported the accident repfkort they received from the Sheriff's Dept. was very "vague." Albany County Crime Victims stated they would need the report but that this is likely a complicated matter due to the agencies involved. Anything will help, please consider donating and helping us out...so we can cover unexpected costs while we wait to connect with Albany County Crime Victims association and legals.
