Please cover bills after being hospitalized

Hey, I was hospitalized due to a diverticulitis infection getting so out of hand earlier this month that I nearly went septic.

After almost a week in the hospital I was recovering but, what I had to cover hit my wallet hard.

Now, I cannot cover my part of the utilities bill along with covering the registration for my car.

It was already painful to be in the hospital and I still need to go back again for surgery to prevent further infections.
