More information about Pilgrims Hospices In East Kent: We are Pilgrims, the largest hospice charity in east Kent. We help people facing incurable illness to live well in every moment. This charity is close to mine and my family’s heart because my brother lost his battle with Ewing sarcoma on 18/08/2022 only aged 21.
