Hi my name is Adan Cardenas I’m 18yrs old, I got diagnosed with osteosarcoma cancer on my upper jaw, I been receiving chemotherapy, I have an upcoming surgery to remove the cancerous tumor. They will be removing my teeth and a portion of my upper jaw and replacing it with an implant. Unfortunately the insurance does not cover part of the surgery and I have to come up with the remaining payment in order to get it done. Hola mi nombre es Adan Cardenas tengo 18 años, eh sido diagnosticado con cancer osteosarcoma en mi mandibula de arriba, eh estado reciviendo quimoterapia y pronto voy a tener una cirugia para remover el tumor canceroso en la cual me van a remover mis dientes de arriba y parte de my mandibula.
