Please donate to evict tenant from hell

Hi, my name is Maddie and I'm fundraising to help my husband. He is young and has pancreatic cancer. Today he had a court case to evict his tenant who hasn't paid rent since June 2023. She is retired and just decided to stop paying rent because she was served a 90 day termination of lease letter. She was served in June and today Feb 7, 2024 was the court date. She showed up in court with an attorney who had the case thrown out on a technicality, so we now have to start all over. That's going to be another 6 months at least she gets to stay and not pay rent. In the meantime we pay the mortage, HOA fees and to top it of lots of medical bills for my husband who is in and out of the hospital. He struggles daily with his health and he should not have to struggle with this also. I would like to use the money to hire an attorney so that the tenant will be evicted and to be able to pay for the monthly bills for that property. She made it clear that she is not paying or moving. My husband is on disability and I am his caregiver while also taking care of our two children. This case is causing us alot of stress and we've lost alot of rental income because of her and we will continue to loose as long as she is there.

Update Feb 2, 2025 Good Sunday everyone. The tenant moved out praise God but ended up owing $30,000 in rent. She didn't pay rent for 18 months while we paid the mortgage, HOA fees, sublet fee, insurance and property taxes. The money you guys donated was used to get an attorney who helped us get her out but right before the scheduled court date she moved out which means we have to start a new case in civil court to sue for the back rent. This individual really knows how to work the system to her advantage. But we are very thankful for your donations that helped us get the attorney who eventually got her out.
