Hello. My name is Donna Terry and I am starting this page for my good friend Cathy Mundy. We went to high school together and fortunately we reconnected a few years ago on Facebook. Cathy is a wonderful woman, mother, grandmother, and friend. She has never met a stranger and everyone loves her. Unfortunately, this is her third battle with cancer. Local doctors in Roanoke basically gave her no hope about a month ago. After many prayers, Cathy decided to get another opinion. She is now going through treatments and hopefully an upcoming surgery to save her life. However, her insurance company will not cover the costs until she’s paid out thousands of dollars herself. She certainly in 2023 should not have to put off much-needed treatments and surgery due to a lack of funds, co-pays, or out-of-pocket deductibles. Being a cancer patient myself I know all too well how every time you show up to the hospital for something, they want your money first. Please, I am begging you from the bottom of my heart, pray about this and give as you can. The good Lord will surely bless you for your kindness.
