Hello there! This go fund me is for my twin brother Jeff Nirschl who broke one of his teeth around Christmas time. He went to the urgent care and got the normal antibiotics and made a dental appointment. The dentist gave him a stronger antibiotic and then he had to wait until the swelling went down to receive treatment. The swelling was so bad that he couldn’t eat or work for weeks before he went back to the dentist and was sent to an oral surgeon in Tri-Cities about 50 miles away from his home. After that he was sent directly to the hospital. The infection had become life threatening. He underwent two surgeries to take care of the Infection and also lost two teeth. He remained in the hospital for nine days. After his release from the hospital, he still had to receive intravenous antibiotics costing about $300 a day which he had to administer himself because the local hospital wouldn’t take care of it for him. He drives 30 minutes to Hermiston hospital twice a week to have His port/pick flushed, and to draw blood to check the infection and also to Kennewick a couple of times to see his oral surgeon/infectious disease doctor. The medical treatments are adding up and with Jeff being a contractor he does not have insurance at the moment. I am hoping that you will find it in your hearts to contribute a small amount of money to help him manage this huge medical bill.
