Hi, my name is Marina and I am setting up this GoFundMe for my dear friend Morgan MacArthur. As many may or may not know, Morgan has been on disability for the last five months due to a broken foot. She is unable to work because her job as a pediatric ICU nurse requires her to have unrestricted use of both feet. She was even denied light-duty work. This week her doctors determined that her foot has not properly healed on its own and now requires surgery in the next few weeks. At this point, her personal funds have run out, and the monthly disability payments she receives in the amount of $600 are not nearly enough to cover rent, food, gas, or tuition each month. Today, she received a notice to pay rent or surrender possession. I humbly ask you to please consider donating to her cause to help her get through the next couple of months. She is stressed, worried, and anxiety-stricken about her situation. To add to the matter, she is a single mother to her 11-year-old son, Chase, who has many health issues of his own.
