Please donate to help Sajjad Khan's family

Calgary Pakhtun Association (CPA) has put together this GoFundMe campaign for the financial support of the family of Sajjad Khan, - with the consent of his family.

This young man Sajjad Khan is bedridden and in coma in a Calgary Hospital since he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on the evening of December 25, 2022. He was the sole breadwinner of his small family consisting of his wife, who is a housewife, and two school-going kids, an 11-year-old daughter, and an 8 years old son.

Sajjad Khan had done his graduation from The University of Agriculture Peshawar, completed his PhD in Molecular Biology from The University of Göttingen in Germany, and then moved to Canada in 2014. As he could not get a job in his chosen field of education, he went to SAIT (South Alberta Institute of Technology) for a Diploma in Respiratory Therapy which he completed late last year. He had just started his job when misfortune struck during the very first month of his job.

Sajjad’s recovery and then rehabilitation may take many months while his young family has no source of income to meet their regular expenses, -rent, groceries, travel, car insurance, medicine, clothing and the like.

Our current goal is to raise $75k that will go towards the ongoing expenses of the family as well as towards raising and educating the two beautiful kids of Sajjad.
