Please Give Maki a Fighting Chance

Hello loved ones, and to those I don't know, thank you for taking the time to come across this page and read about our dear Maki. I write this with tears in my eyes, Maki (Max) is our three year old Yorkshire Terrier. He's fighting for his life right now in the Veterinary Emergency Group hospital in Fort Worth. He had an unfortunate accident in the heat and suffered a devastating heat stroke on Tuesday night. The doctors didn't have a good prognosis for him but he has defied the odds so far and is proving that he WANTS TO LIVE and he isn't done on this Earth. He's fighting for his life, and we've done everything we can financially to get him to this point.

On Friday morning at 0300, we found out he's entered liver failure and is in need of desperate life saving steps. Otherwise, his vitals are great, and he's worked hard to bring his body back into a functioning state. He continues to fight on and prove to us that he is young and strong and capable of getting through this. We've already paid over 5,000 and the bill keeps adding up. I am pleading with you to please find it in your heart to share any money you can for our baby boy to get a second chance at life. I appreciate the smallest donation that you can spare for Maki.
