Tiffany needs a heart transplant

I'm Tiffany Malone. I am in need of a heart and help with the expenses that come with it. Currently on the heart transplant list at Baptist hospital in Memphis. A heart transplant, pre-transplant, and post-transplant is quite expensive ($1.4million just for the transplant alone!). I want to live! My time here is not over yet!
TLDR: "I'm fighting for my life!" and I need help paying the bills and meds that I need for a heart transplant
About me:
I'm 41 years old. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2015. They couldn't find a reason (however, I personally think it was stress, stress kills ). For a few years, it was manageable with medications and diet, but as of late, my condition has become more and more exacerbated. I've had multiple hospital stays and struggle with fluid retention, low blood pressure, and pulmonary edema. My heart is trying to pump oxygenated blood to my organs, including my brain, but it is too weak to do so. The next step for me relies on the the kindness of a stranger's family. I'm in need of a heart.
I'm a mom of two adult daughters. While they were in school, I was very active in their school life: room mom, chaperoning field trips, PTA positions, helping out with concessions, etc. I made sure to support the kids and the school as much as I could. Many of the kids at school even recognized me outside of school, I'm glad to have been a positive influence in so many kids' lives. Being a mom and being able to share that with my community has been one of my most important jobs ever!
I am recently divorced. That's all there is to say about that as I am only speaking positivity in my life.
I work from home for a data aggregating service. My coworkers and managers are all amazing! We are a small-knit group which allows for a more intimate work environment. Many of us are virtual workers but we have meetings weekly to connect with each other and form bonds just as if we were in the office together.
Throughout the years, I've developed an awesome friend group that are as supportive as they can be. One of my friends passed away earlier this year, also to congestive heart failure. I miss her so much ☹️ Sometimes my pals worry about me because I'm such an introvert and they think that I'm pushing away help. The truth is I just don't know how to ask for help, it's difficult for me. Writing this is difficult for me. I'm usually the one giving help, never asking for anything in return. But now I realize that I need help, there is no way around it.
I wanted to give you all my backstory because I think it's important to know a bit about me if you are contributing your hard-earned money. All funds are going towards paying doctor bills, facility/lab fees, and any other expenses related to my condition.
I appreciate anything you are able to give: money, prayers, well wishes, and positive thoughts. Thank you for your time!
