Please help a “single uncle” get a family car

Hello all, my brother, Josh, has been taking care of three of my sister’s four children since springtime when the state deemed her unfit. My sister is battling a horrid addiction to drugs. Josh has been a bachelor for many years and lives a humble lifestyle. He took the kids, ages 12, 6 and 2, in without a second’s hesitation. While we are hopeful that my sister will get clean and stay clean, we’re coming to the reality that he may be in this for the long haul. This summer, my sister’s fourth child, a baby boy, was born prematurely, and with drugs in his system. The baby is currently being cared for in a foster home close to Josh. Uncle Josh and the siblings are able to visit and bond with baby. If necessary, Josh is also willing to take this tiny guy in when he’s a little older and more stabilized.
Josh’s life changed in an instant, and he is doing wonders in the kids’ lives. He is helping them learn social rules and cues they’ve missed. He’s helping them with their school work. He’s a constant source of strength and stability for them and my sister. He hardly complains about any of it. He’s doing his best as a “single parent” working a full-time job. For the most part all of their material needs are provided, but transportation is a significant struggle.
Josh doesn’t have ideal transportation for the four of them, let alone for the time when the baby boy comes into his care. Josh’s small work vehicle barely holds all the kids now. It’s older and showing signs of failure. I’d love to be able to help him purchase a vehicle that would be practical for him to go to work, but also functional as a family vehicle. With God’s help during this personally hard time, Jeremy and I have saved up a sum of money for him, but it’s not enough for a car purchase. I’m asking my community of family and friends at large to please chip in what you can and share this go-fund-me at large. This guy, and these kids really need this. I'd like to gift him with the funds when we see them at Thanksgiving if possible as it sounds like his transmission is giving him fits. Thanks in advance. Be blessed!
