2:50 AM my name is Doreen, In the states trying to help my friend hang on, Hope is needed.

Salam. My name is Abdullah and l am 26 years old and l am from Gaza. I am responsible for my entire family, including my mother and father, two brothers and two sisters and their young children. We were living in Khan Younis but have fled to Rafah because we were told it was a safe zone by the IDF. Now we are all living in one tent. There are open sewage drains nearby and it’s been raining a lot and our area has been flooded.

My father is unwell, He is suffering from traumatic related issues, including a urinary tract infection. The young children are hungry and frightened. Everyone is frightened and traumatized.

We are really struggling to buy basics such as flour, vegetables and sanitary items for the women and children. Even finding water is incredibly difficult.

I am an accountant. My younger siblings were studying and one of sisters is married and taking care of young children.

We are finding it increasingly difficult to buy food and find ourselves completely dependent on aid and charity.
