Please help Abhilash to recover

My brother Abhilash (who is 27 years old) is a great dancer. He needs help with the medical emergency now. It all started in December 2022 when he suddenly lost his vision and his heartbeat was at 190. Regular diagnosis for those issues did not help him much. We did not think bigger enough to find out the actual problem. My mom gave his blood sample and found the most shocking news that we all would ever hear. He has a kidney infection through which he lost both kidneys to the extent of 80% damage. He is surviving with just 20% and god's grace. His creatinine level was around 6.5 and it raised day by day to 11.5. This just moved us totally and we went on and on with second and third opinions from various hospitals and doctors. Nothing changed and he was suggested for immediate kidney transplantation. His condition was getting worse with blood vomiting and severe effects on his body. He took hemoglobin injections and tried everything but there is no time. That is what doctors informed us.

Our thoughts spin around us to donate him a kidney so we can save him. Unfortunately, his blood group is O positive and that did not match me and my mom's blood groups. My single mom is battling alone in India taking care of him during nighttime emergencies and daytime dialysis. Because of his blood group, it is rare to match the kidney for his transplantation.

Through medical and government processes, it takes at least 2 years to get his turn. From KIMS we were able to find out that with my mom's kidney and plasma, he would be able to get operated.

But this is very expensive. We need $30,000 to get his operation done and his extended hospital stay/medicines.

We already spent up to $12,000 now for his dialysis/tests/medicines/injections etc. and it is becoming tough for us to gather the money.

We request Everyone to donate as much as you can to save the youngster's life and help him heal from this pain.
