Please help Adrian's family with medical expenses

Hi, my name is Van Tran, owner of Nam cafe, and I'm fundraising for baby Adrian's family.

Adrian Caxaj Velasquez is a 5-month-old son of Carlos Caxaj and Fidelina Velasquez, who have worked with me at Nam cafe for the last four years. Carlos and Fidel have two sons: Carlos jr. (2 years old) and baby Adrian (5-month-old).

As a blue color family, both Carlos and Fidel are working parents to support their family. Therefore, Carlos jr. and Adrian typically go to babysitters from time to time. On Jan 20th, 2022, a parent's worst nightmare happened to Carlos and Fidel; the babysitter seriously injured Adrian. she shook him and threw him against a wall causing Adrian to start seizing and stop breathing for about one minute. Adrian was later found with fractures on the back of his skull and had brain damage at the hospital.

Adrian is currently in ICU at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston with his mother Fidelina, while his older brother is with his dad Carlos at home in College Station.

This fundraising is to help Adrian and his family with medical and living expenses as Adrian continues to try to fight for his life. Carlos has not been able to work since he has to take care of Adrian's brother while Fidel will no longer be able to work and need to be with Adrian for the foreseeable future.

As a parent myself, words cannot describe what Carlos, Fidel and their family is going through. Please keep them on your prayers and pray for Adrian to have a speedy recovery and hope he will have a normal life.
