Please help Alaa and her children survive the winter
Rehmah Global Relief are raising funds to help Alaa and her children survive the winter and the atrocities that they are suffering at this moment. Alaa worked with the charity to support local projects, prior to the hostilities in her region. Every donation will help. As soon as it is permitted, funds will be tranferred to Alaa.
Alaa Muasher and her children are stuck in makeshift shelters with little to no food and supplies and this is their story and why they need your support.
In the unforgiving landscape of displacement, a family of four struggles to survive the brutal winter, trapped in a fragile temporary structure that offers little protection from the bitter cold. Stripped of dignity and hope, they face extreme poverty that goes beyond mere economic hardship - it is a daily battle for survival.
With no source of income, they are crushed by the weight of impossible food prices and complete lack of basic necessities like clean water and flour.
Their makeshift shelter is not just a home, but a breeding ground for diseases, with polluted water and unsanitary conditions threatening their already precarious health. The trauma of prolonged conflict has left deep scars, with orphaned children bereft of familial care after losing their parents, and families like this one living under constant threat of displacement. Each day is a testament to human resilience, a desperate fight against hunger, illness, and the psychological devastation of losing everything.
These are not just statistics, but real human beings - children with hollow eyes, parents with broken spirits, communities torn apart by conflict and extreme deprivation, yearning for the most fundamental human rights: safety, nourishment, and a chance to rebuild their shattered lives.
Any support would make a huge difference to their plight, whatever you can spare. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
