PLEASE Help Alain & Kids Rebuild After Fire Loss

With heavy heart, it saddens me to have to ask for your assistance in helping our dear friend, Alain Whyte and his children. He is one of many that suffered terrible loss during the recent and ongoing fires in Los Angeles. The Eaton Fire destroyed the home they lived in as well as all of their belongings left inside.

As many of you know, Alain is a career musician and makes his living as such. He lost not only his home and everything in it (including his children's clothes, toys and other items from their childhood, all furniture, over a dozen various musical instruments, gear used for performing, his stage clothes... even tour diaries, memorabilia and photo books from his years touring with Morrissey. Everything... gone.), but he has also lost his ability to make a living in the immediate future due to the destruction of his home studio.

Alain has given so much to so many of us over the years (remember how he gave us the Safe At Home Sessions during Covid?), not just via his talents, but also on a personal level (if you know Alain, you know exactly what I mean). So, as a friend to him and many of you, I humbly ask if you can return the favor and give back at this time to help him and the kids, please do what you can. ANY amount will be appreciated. So, much of what was lost cannot be replaced, but anything just to help them get on solid footing in order to move forward would be helpful.

It's obviously hard to put an estimate on loss, but if donations exceed his expected needs, Alain will happily give back to others in the community also affected by the wildfires.
