Please help Alisha Battle Cancer
Donation protected
Please meet one of my dearest friends Alisha Perkins. She is a remarkable woman who has dedicated her life to serving her country, community, and those in need. Alisha, a 41-year-old single mother, served as a medical specialist in the Army National Guard and provided crucial medical care during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. For 17 years, she selflessly cared for hospice patients before her life took an unexpected turn. Alisha was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has undergone intensive chemotherapy and surgery to combat the disease.
Alisha's unwavering determination to be there for her children has led her to choose an aggressive treatment plan. However, the physical and emotional toll of cancer has forced her to put her life on hold. She and her children have had to rely on the kindness of temporary accommodations and the support of friends and family. While she has received some assistance, Alisha doesn't qualify for disability benefits, and the financial strain is overwhelming.
Cancer takes so much from a person, and Alisha is no exception. She now needs help with the fundamental costs of raising her family – a car payment, insurance, her children's clothing, school fees, and more. Her battle is far from over, with radiation, immunotherapy, and a hysterectomy still ahead. Alisha is one of the most compassionate and humble individuals you could ever meet, and her children deserve a fresh start in life.
This is a very urgent matter as loss of transportation and homelessness have become a real fear and concern. Please, let's come together to support Alisha and her family during this challenging journey. Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference. By contributing, you are giving back to someone who has dedicated her life to helping others.
Please donate now and make a difference in Alisha's life.
Share this fundraiser with your network to reach as many people as possible.
Together, we can help Alisha and her family overcome this challenging battle. We've got this!
