Please help Allen with medical expenses

Hi, My name is Kelly. I have created this GoFundMe account for my wonderful, hard working, and generous dad Allen.

 

In early November Allen started to feel discomfort in his head and face, feeling pressure and pain. He was at work at the time, he knew he wasn’t feeling normal. Went to the ER, was diagnosed with Cellulitis. He took and finished all of his medication and still wasn’t feeling well.

 

Weeks later he went back to the ER, scans were taken, lab’s were drawn, and ultrasounds were performed. He was in the hospital for day’s.

Received the scan results-  found a mass in his lung,- biopsy was preformed a week later.

 

As day’s went on, he was feeling worse, experiencing weakness, fatigue , weight loss, and very bad pains in his legs and feet. His doctor contacted him and informed him, his potassium  levels were abnormal and encouraged him to go the hospital. The same day he was admitted.

 

While admitted Allen was seen by a Physical Therapist (for his legs and feet discomfort/pain needed assistance for walking) also had to have CT scans, MRI scans, lab work, ultrasounds performed to determine why he was experiencing unbearable pain.

 

After over a week in the hospital he finally received a diagnosis

- Systematic Granulomatosis : (An inherited disorder that occurs when white blood cells do not work properly to an fight infection)

-Polyangitis : A disease that causes muscles to become irritated and inflamed, eventually muscles will break down and become weak

-Pulmonary-Renal Syndrome : Rare Disease (PRS) Kidney failure/Respiratory Impairment

 

He is required to receive steroids, infusions, and other regiments. 

 

If you know Allen he’s usually an energetic individual who’s very hard working, and has a passion for cooking, baking, doing yard work, and being there to help others with projects. He Always has gratification finishing a project for someone and seeing them smile!

 

Allen is unable to work at the moment, until he is cleared by the doctor to return to work (due to extreme pain in his feet and legs).  He has been out of work for 3 months, during this time medical bills and everyday living expenses, they are taking a toll.
