Please help Amanda with recovery, and medical

Good afternoon, I am the Aunt of 22 yr old Amanda Gilbreath, on Wednesday  evening 3/10/2021 she was at a gas station with her friends, and a 15 yr old walked up to there car to talk to one of her friends, the boy pulled out a gun at her friend, and Amanda said hey don't do that he then looked at Amanda, and shot her in the neck, Amanda is now paralyzed from chest down, she already had one surgery this morning,  the doctors are saying at this point she will remain paralyzed, so were asking for help to please help with whatever you can at this time, anything will help with any medical at this time, god bless everyone ,and please please keep her in your prayers.
