Please help Ashlee with medical expenses

Wanted to add another update from the last one. Last month I was admitted back to Shands for a few issues that needed to be sorted out. I had another heart cath done and that showed no improvements. My heart functions are still very low. I have good days and bad. I now have the PICC line back in with the continuous IV medication. I am currently waiting on disability to make their decision on if that will be approved or not. I still can not work at the moment and that is driving me crazy! I am on the heart transplant list as a 'stage 4' and now just waiting on the call. Once it is time, I will be in Gainesville for a month if not longer. Any donations are appreciated as well as continued prayers and well wishes! I am continuing to stay in good spirits with the help and support of my family and friends and everyone around!

Hello everyone! Ashlee here. Just wanted to add an update! November 2022 I recieved my pacemaker and was released from Shands. My iv medication and picc line was removed January 2023. After several appointments and 2 echos, my heart function is still at 10-15% and my left ventricle is showing minimal improvement. All the steps forward that we made are beginning to go backwards. With that being said, I am now on the heart transplant list. I have several appointments coming up which means lots of trips to Gainesville and hotel stays as well. Prayers are definitely needed and donations are welcomed. Anything will help. Thank you to everyone who has prayed, donated and kept up with my heart failure journey. It means the world to me to have so many people care so much about me. Thank you.

Hi, My name is Amanda and I’m raising money for my cousin Ashlee Nee. Ashlee is 38 with 3 children, she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in may 2022 and since July she has been struggling with blood clots in her kidneys, lungs, brain and heart. She has been in and out of the hospital several times and has now been at Shands hospital in Gainesville for 3 weeks. Ashlee has been unable to work due to her heart condition and severe shortness of breath.
