Please Help BabyCat Get Brain Surgery

On Friday, March 12th my BabyCat was rushed to the Newtown Veterinary Specialists because she was spinning in circles with mucusy drool pouring out of her mouth. The vet said she was having seizures and ruled out any underlying medical condition and outside sources (such as ingesting something toxic) as the cause.

BabyCat was then transported to Pieper Memorial Veterinary Hospital to see a neurologist. There she had an MRI done of her brain which showed that she had a tumor pressing on her brain that was causing the seizures. She’s currently on medications to help manage the convulsions and help slow the growth of the tumor. 

The tumor’s in an area of her brain that is easy to get to and can be easily removed. This surgery will cost about $5,000 and would greatly expand her life so instead of 1-5yrs she could have 10yrs left. Without the surgery she’ll have neurological issues and be special needs for the rest of her life.

She’s only 8yrs old and has a lot of life left in her. My cats are my everything and mean the absolute world to me, it’s killing me that the cost of surgery is preventing me from giving her the full life she should have.
