Please Help Bake My Day GROW

Hi! I’m Ashley and I’m the owner of Bake My Day. We opened in November of 2019, just before COVID hit, in a tiny drive thru building in Chattaroy WA but need the help from our amazing neighbors to take the next step in this journey and get a larger location in Spokane. Our Chattaroy location is here to stay, but we’ve been operating 2 years in a 10x20 building that we truly have outgrown.

Bake My Day is my lifelong dream come true! It’s been a bumpy ride but I’ve learned so much and accomplished so much that has made me so proud. It started in my home kitchen as a single momma with 3 kids and $20 to my name, We now have our Chattaroy location and 3 employees and have finally found our 2nd location which is in the SPOKANE VALLEY, where we will be able to offer jobs to 3 more! We have big plans for even more locations!

Being a part of the Riverside community has meant so much to me! When Covid hit, we started Riverside Love Fund which allowed us to partner with community members and be sure no one was left behind to struggle in the pandemic. We helped families pay their bills, rent, car payment, provided food and grocery store gift cards! Whatever our community truly needed! We helped an elderly man get his car tabs renewed so he could visit his wife through the window of her nursing home and get to his own medical treatments. We even paid every penny any 2020 Riverside grad owed for anything! Past due lunch fresh! Cap and gowns! Any fee owed to the school was covered, thanks to our community’s generosity. It meant the world to me to be able to assist our community and we have no plans on going anywhere! Only plans to grow more and more and be here to help anytime the need arises!

We are excited to join the Spokane Valley and look forward to becoming an active member of the community there also. But sadly, our new location needs a bit of work to be a commercial kitchen so are hoping to raise the funds to help at least take a bite out of that cost.

your love and support over the past 2 years has been so inspirational! I am living my lifelong dream and it is all thanks to each of you! I have no doubts, that with your ongoing love and support, this crazy dream of mine will truly become a reality!
