Please help Binks!

Hello, my name is Aiden, Binks is my cat, I've had him since he was a kitten. We live in Cedar Rapids, IA. A few months ago he started having troubles breathing and began having nose bleeds. I've taken him to the vet and they believe it's a tumor in his nasal area. They told me he needs a special scan to see. To get a scan and see for sure it would cost roughly around $1200. Not mention the cost of surgery that would be required for removal of that tumor if there was one. They said surgery could vary from 1000-5000 depending on the severity of it. Recently his right eye began to water constantly and his face has looked more swollen. I took him to the vet again she told me she strongly believes theres a tumor there. I want to do everything I can to help him but I live paycheck to paycheck and it's very hard to find another job with covid going on. I cannot afford the scan or surgery.
