Please help B.J. heroic loss

On May 18th my little Sister was taking her dog for a walk when she came across a 16 Year old Thug holding a gun to a young girls head. The young girl was only 14 And I can only imagine the terror the poor kid felt. My little Sister B.J. immediately grabbed the kid by the hair and was trying to explain there is no reason to kill a child. B.J. was shot 3 times killing her instantly. Another young man tried to help also and was shot thru the side. Thank God he will live Everyone who knew her knew she would help anyone she could It's how we were raised. She lived in Shoreline Washington and We are in Oregon. I've already made 5 trips up not counting the court hearings to come and finish cleaning her apartment. My Sister Billy Jo (B.J.) Billy Jo Kaufman Perkins died a HERO The other teen was shot and injured but will live and fortunately the young girl will be OK in time. I'm lost without her. I do have the dog , we could really use some help. We were informed because the kid who did it was 16 but will be tried as an adult he still may only get 13 years. I'm ANGRY and lost. My Sister the HERO will NEVER hug snuggle and watch Much Ado about Nothing again, our favorite movie.
