Please help bring back Israel and Christa

My ex wife has kidnaped my two children from the Bay Area California to Ghana on April 5th
I have all the proper paperwork concerning my kids abduction by their mother 
I have tried to communicate with the police in Ghana and the court  system in Ghana for assistance but I haven’t received any help only suggestions that I would  need an international lawyer. I’ve called the United States embassy in Ghana and they have told me the same thing to which I will need  a lawyer to help me to fight for my kids. At the end of the day I just want my children home and safe. I never gave a written consent or letter to say that I am ok with my kids going to Africa.
