Please help bring Hansel home.

Hello my name is Maricela Cortez. I'm the mother of Hansel Quiroz. During the Father's Day weekend Hansel biological father, Felipe Quiroz went into Mexico with Hansel. I have to get a lawyer to help with all the necessary paperwork to bring Hansel back. Our finances are limited and we have to pay the lawyer.
