UPDATE - Thank You to So Many for Helping!

UPDATE: Today in court I was awarded permanent sole legal custody - the judge agreed that father having any form of custody is not in the best interest of the child. 

Grateful does not begin to describe how it feels! 

Sadly it is not over - I have to go back to court again as father decided to “retire” (at 50) because he can - and claims, as a retiree, he can no longer afford to pay school costs or child support. (He is willing to pay $168 per month though).

I have been raising money to help with the cost of the legal fees related to my son having been unlawfully taken from the US.
