Please Help Cate Lyon In Her Recovery

This GOFUNDME fundraiser was created on behalf of our friend Cate Lyon, to support her during her medical recovery from bypass surgery. As many know, Cate’s son, Troy Zoltai, who recently moved to Savannah to be near his mum, was killed in an automobile accident just several weeks into October.

 

Beyond a mother’s love and loss, Cate suffered a cardiac episode which put her in the hospital. Quickly assessing, the Doctors determined that she had suffered an event, so on Monday this week, Cate went in for quadruple bypass surgery at St. Josephs/Candler. Beyond the recovery time in hospital, Cate will need time to regain physical and mental strength without the fear and stress of losing her business.

 

 

For those who know and love Cate, she has been Savannah’s tailor, seamstress, and clothing designer for so many, and as well, has helped countless budding fashion designers in their quest for a rewarding career like she has done. Unfortunately, Cate is now facing some really challenging times in recovery of her health and in kind, in her business.

 

 

This GOFUNDME has been organized to rally the community who have benefited from Cate’s expertise and her kindness to so many. Anything that you can donate now will certainly help her ease the financial burden of impending medical and business bills, particularly while she won't be able to sew, cut, and bring to life the aspiring creations for her clients!
