Please help CeCe from going blind! Only 1 eye left

CeCe is a young, 5.5year old Shiba Inu, with a sweet temperament and a darling member of our family. I am desperately trying to preserve the eyesight in her only eye and would be blessed with the support of neighbors, family, friends and animal lovers.
She was diagnosed with glaucoma 2days before Christmas in 2022 and she had already lost all vision in her right eye. I had that eye removed in Jan of this year. Since then, I’ve had to monitor the eye pressure in her remaining, left eye, with frequent vet visits. She had a severe pressure spike on Sept 30th which required an ER visit and since then, she has to have 6 eye drops and 2 pills every single day. We saw another eye specialist today and her current medication and pain regiment is not sustainable for long-term (medically nor financially for me). Since she is young, the ophthalmologist recommended a surgery with the highest success rate which is an internal/endo laser eye treatment which requires cataract removal… at a whopping cost of… *GULP*… $5,660.
6x/day medication is not sustainable and will eventually stop working…
I don’t want to just let her go blind… ️
I would be heartbroken to surrender her to another home just to financial restraints ❤️
Every small and large amount will help me save up to give her the best care and treatment option available. Please help CeCe keep her eyesight and keep her in our family! My 3yr old son adores her and having a toddler and training a blind dog right now would be very stressful.
