Please help Chef Halihl Guy.

Hello friends,
It's with much disappointment and frustration I'm here asking for your help. On Monday 11/1/21, Halihls food trailer/mobile kitchen was stolen from his home in broad daylight. Neighbor's noticed the trailer being taken but were not able to obtain the license plate of the dark green Ford F150 that stole the trailer. With very little to go on, all that could be done was to file a non-emergency report to Oakand police department (RD#: 21-051283). There is not much hope the trailer will be found and returned.

Chef Halihl Guy is one of the hardest working people I know. He takes pride in his work and has so much passion in his craft. Anyone who has ever tried his food is always pleased and left with a smile on their face. He is a proud dad, amazing father and is the main reason he works so hard, to provide for his family. He has a heart of gold and so sweet and giving. He helps those in need, gives back to his community and the homeless. Chef Halihl Catering provides 300 meals a week for Unity Counsel in Alameda County, which caters hot meals five days a week throughout Oakland to Elderly, homeless, and under privileged families effected during the pandemic.

This is the worst time this could happen with the holidays around the corner and the busiest time of year for a chef. I am asking for any amount of donation, he does have business insurance but unfortunately it only covers the cost of the equipment inside of the trailer not the actual trailer itself. Please keep Halihl in your prayers if nothing else.

Thank you,
Edwin
