Please help cover Dolly’s surgery and recovery

Hi everyone,

My name is Olivia and I am writing this with a very heavy heart. My good friend Zina’s dog, Dolly, was hit by a car this morning after being chased out of our local park. She is a 10 month old Cavapoo with an enormous amount of love for her mom, her doggy friends, and everyone she meets.

After taking her to the Emergency Vet this morning, it has been determined that she has injured her back legs and will need to stay overnight and have some form of surgery in the morning. We have been told that while she can feel her back legs, she isn’t able to move them.

The imaging costs and stay today alone were $5000, and a minimum of $8000 is required for her surgery tomorrow. Dolly and her mom are an integral part of our doggy community here in Toronto, and we are asking for donations to help ease the financial weight of the care Dolly will need in the coming weeks. Absolutely any amount helps, and all funds will be put towards paying Dolly’s surgery costs. We are so eternally grateful for everyone’s support during this very difficult time, and we will continue to update the community as we can.
