Please help Creedence get to a doggy neurologist

Hi my name is Rachel and my sweet boy Creedence is a 6 year old miniature dachshund. In the last week he has gone from a happy energetic bundle of joy to being unable to use his front legs due to Cervical IVDD.

I am currently off work on maternity leave and desperately need to get him to see a neurologist for an MRI to determine what will be best for his health. My goal right now is the MRI and hopefully a set of front wheels to give him the chance to live the life he deserves. The neurologist may determine he needs surgery in which case I would provide an update and need to increase my goal as the surgery and recovery process will be more costly.

My dogs mean the world to me and are my fur babies. I can’t just give up on him at 6 years old and have him put to sleep. Any help you can offer is much appreciated.
