PLEASE HELP DADA!

Hi! This is my family. I’m Charlie in the middle with the cute smile, I’m 6. My brudder Sol is on the right with his 5 year old cool guy look. Dada is our hero and best friend, he’s on the left.

Mama isn’t in the pic because she is sick and can’t care for us, but she is still part of our family! We all used to live together but since Mama got sick only Dada cares for Sol and me. He’s our everything.

So, the reason I’m writing this is because Dada really needs help and Sol and I are too young to help

 so I’m asking for your help, even a tiny little bit.

Dada needs money to “appeal a decision from Immigration” (tricky words for grade one) so Dada doesn’t get deported. What would happen to Sol and me if he left us? We lost Mama a year ago. If Dada goes we might have to live with strangers and that would be scary even with my brudder beside me!

Dada was born in Guadalajara, Mexico not in Canada like Sol and me.

There is a wonderful Immigration Consultant who is helping Dada change the decision from Immigration but it costs money for court costs and legal fees, lots of money. Wow it costs a lot!! But the Consultant thinks Dada has a good chance of getting that decision overturned. She said “there is precedent” whatever that means. If that means Dada could stay in Canada and look after my brudder and me until we grow up, then that’s what we want. That would be the best Christmas and Birthday present Sol and I could ever have!!!!!!

PLEASE could anyone help pay Dada’s legal costs? I need to raise between $10,000 and $15,000 Canadian dollars for him! Whew, that’s a lot of money! I guess Federal Court is expensive.
