Please help David Coley get emergency oral surgery

David is in severe pain right now. He has 3 teeth that need root canals, and has an abscess there currently. He is to the point where the gums are badly swollen and has started antibiotics, he hasn't been able to sleep due to the severe pain for the past week.

This is not a new issue, it is an old issue from us scraping by financially. David is unable to work or focus at all when his head feels like it is going to split open. He has been taking over-the-counter pain relievers around the clock, which gives him short windows without feeling like he is dying. I am not asking for sympathy for our circumstances I am asking for your help to cover this crazy dental bill so he can get the surgery and be out of pain.

Sure he could have 3 teeth pulled out but the dentist said they can be saved and crowned, and he would like to fix them rather than pull them. He had one tooth pulled earlier this year and doesn't want to lose any more.

He has not been himself for a while due to dental issues and strep throat that lasted a month followed by this unbearable tooth and gum pain.
