Please help David Wardell & family

Hi all,

as many of you know, the amazing Dave & Gemma Wardell (& their wonderful three girls) have dedicated their time, energy and love to helping dogs, firstly with Dave as a Police dog handler ( remember the amazing Finn who so bravely saved Dave's life while on duty and in doing so, was also stabbed?) and the wonderful appearances on Britain's Got Talent which helped to create Finn's Law & Finn's Law Prt 2, laws to protect service animals .

Having both recovered, they carried on with the police until PC Finn's retirement whereby he became part of their family up until his death last year.

During this time, Dave & his family moved to Cornwall to take over Camelot Kennels, home of GSRE and they work day & night to rehabilitate and rehome ( where possible) the dogs in their care.

And now we are asking for your help ! Storm Bert has flooded their home which has resulted in huge damage ( their bedroom is on the ground floor ) and their bed, sofas, TV, TV cabinets, camera etc have all been ruined. And their poor dog Harper is currently in the vet having had an emergency operation on a slipped disc.

We so appreciate that times are really hard at the moment but if you are able to contribute just a small amount so that their Christmas isn't ruined , we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much for anything you are able to give .

On a personal note , we were lucky enough to get to know Dave & co when he helped us with our unruly dogs - and have been indebted to him ever since ! All monies will go to him & his family.
