Dean Webber is my best mate who answered a cry for help 2 years ago from someone he did not know.
He could have turned this injured young woman away, but he decided to help; Dean has a sister and his protective instinct took over. This led to a terrifying experience and a tragic outcome that has taken its toll on everyone involved.
Dean has incurred ongoing expenses due to this event that was beyond his control.
