Please Help Dennis's family have a home

Hello, my dear friends and family. And to those who don't know me, I'm Dennis, my wife is Sarah, and our daughter is Bella, thank you for taking the time to read our story. It took a lot for me to set aside my stupid pride and ask others for help for my family.
In May 2020, I started to become ill with onset of nausea, then throwing up uncontrollably , constantly dry heaving, extreme abdominal pain lasting for a few days. Often needing the hospital to recover. In the years since I have had 86 ER visits, 7 hospital stays and more "osposies" and other tests than you can even imagine. Finally, this July we got to sit down with my Doctor team at Ohio State Medical Center to hear what they found. All the tests possible were finally done. We learned that I do have IBS (but that we had known about it early after some test), but what they said next I/we had never heard of. It was Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, but it was a name to this evil that has taken so much from me and my family. They explained that my case is very severe. I also was diagnosed with Abdominal Seizures and Abdominal Migraines. The past few years have been incredibly hard. By July 2021, I was no longer able to continue to work and all the responsibilities fell on Sarah to provide for our family and take care of me. The symptoms have gripped me ever since, often resorting to my rescue/abort meds to stay out of the ER. But this summer, as my illness progressed, my symptoms became more painful, it all went to a new level and my quality of life got worse. The worst of this illness is how it affects my family. Sarah, my wife, who holds our family & me together, got laid off in May 2023. Now with the severity of my condition, she has been unable to find suitable full time employment (she is a Household Manager/Nanny) due to the fact she is spending so much time now having to care for me. Her unemployment isn’t enough to cover all our expenses plus the mounting medical expenses. We are applying for permanent Social Security Disability. Sarah makes sure our daughter Bella has all the physical and mental comfort and support she needs during this time. Kids are very intuitive. Bella is 10 and It kills me that my daughter wakes up every morning worried if daddy is going to be sick today, does he need the hospital? Will daddy be feeling ok to pick me up today from school? Who will be there? It hits home that our life is different now because of me. But we do now know we have a better idea of what we're dealing with but the damage to my body is already done. This has put us in great financial distress starting around the beginning of the summer of 2023 and it has just snowballed from there. Now we are being asked to leave our residence at the end of October. I never thought I could end up in a situation like this. Never thought I could be homeless, having my family be homeless but I guess no one ever does.
It takes such a hit on your soul to try to stay strong. Stay strong for my wife and daughter. Please consider helping my family so we can find a roof over our heads and help with daily expenses to offset life for a while until we are back on our feet and I am healthier so Sarah can return to full-time work. Any donations would be greatly, greatly, appreciated to help us in this time of need!
