Please Help Dog needs an opperation

Hi ,I'm Gary and the picture is of my best friend  Munchkin...shes a 7 yr old Terrier rescue...She ran up to me on the street one day and was very cold very hungry and had been abandoned...I work full time that barely provides shelter and food for Munchkin and I...that past few months she has been suffering  .a vet visit today informed me she has a large bladder stone which is the cause of her suffering..it is too large for medication so it requires a opperation  asap..I have the ultra sound photo that I will attach somehow...I don't have family or friends who can help me get my very best friend the opperation she needs .So hat in hand I humbly ask for the kindness of strangers to help ...the cost of the procedure and subsequent vet visits as well as medication is way beyond anything I have to my name I live humbly paycheck to paycheck...please help if you can and thank you
