Help E have better quality of life

My fiancé  is a 39 year old man diagnosed with the terminal disease ALS. There were many mistakes made with his care from the beginning . In 2019 he was a hard working  man and now he cannot walk, his arms are very weak and his breathing is very bad. He lost 70 pounds and now has a G-tube. He has nothing. He is in need of a handicap accessible home. He has no money for his home care. We want to make sure he is comfortable for the remainder of his life. He is suffering terribly. He can’t do anything himself. Unfortunately he has been denied for basic healthcare services like home health aides that are $30/hr and handicap housing which he needs since he’s in a wheelchair. Will you help?
