Please help Emily during this tragic time

Hey, my name is Sam. I'm starting this to help Emily.

Saturday January 21st I received a call saying that Emily and her son Kellan were attacked by dogs at the place they lived. All I knew at that time was that her beautiful little boy Kellan didn't make it and that Emily was fighting for her life.

I know Emily, and I know she did everything in her power to protect Kellan from that attack. She is an amazing woman and mother and sacrificed herself to try and save her little boy.

Emily was rushed to emergency surgery and is still in the ICU trying to recover from the damage that the dogs did to her. I do know that she sustained nerve damage and a ruptured artery in her right arm as well as damage to the back of her head, left arm and her back.

Emily's daughter, thankfully was not there when the attack took place.

I know when Emily sees this she may get mad at me for posting it. But she helped me through one of the hardest times in my life, and if I can do anything at all for her this would be a small start.

Like I said she is an amazing woman and mother and I know she would never ask for help. So I'm asking for help for her.

No mother should ever have to go through this. And it absolutely breaks my heart that this tragedy has happened. I know this won't heal the hurt but at least it can help so she doesn't have to worry about being able to provide for her daughter while she heals.
