Please help family of 7

Hi my name is Omar Qazi and I have 5 boys, including a newborn who just turned 5 months old that I support as the sole provider and recently had a major injury during work while setting up events.

I had an MRI stating that two cervical discs are sticking out which is pinching my nerves really bad. I have been unable to work for over a month.

I just want to make sure that I can manage bills until I am recovered. I would appreciate any assistance for my family and also ask for everyone's prayers that everything goes good during treatment. Thanks for everyone's support and God bless!!
