Please Help Fix Mandy's Teeth

My name is Ann. I met Mandy 18 months ago through Circles, a non-profit program with two goals; to help individuals and their families get out of poverty and to remove the barriers that keep people in poverty. Circles empowers its participants with resources and community support to achieve these goals and financial independence.
Mandy joined the Circles program months after her husband died of a drug overdose. She had also struggled with drug addiction, but his death snapped something in her, and she knew her life needed to change, especially for her young son. Mandy has been clean for 2.5 years and is committed to remaining sober. Mandy has completed her GED, got CNA certified and is now enrolled in university to get a nursing degree. Mandy has taken responsibility for her future and is determined to reach her goal of fully supporting herself and her son.
Although things are so much better now, life is not without its setbacks. Like so many people living on the financial edge, Mandy has no dental insurance and no extra money after paying the rent and buying groceries and other necessities. Visiting the dentist just hasn’t been a priority, and now Mandy is in pain; she needs a couple of root canals, crowns and fillings. Putting off this dental work puts her at risk of not reaching her goals.
Mandy appreciates the care and support she receives from the many people fighting for her success. As a single mom, Mandy has dreams of someday owning a home with a yard in a neighborhood with kids her son’s age, and she can’t wait to have the stress and satisfaction of a full-time job. She wants to be able to make and work towards new goals.
On behalf of Mandy, I kindly ask for your contribution to help ease her financial worry and physical pain. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
