Please Help Fund My Nursing Volunteer Journey! :)

Hello, everyone! My name is Rose Cookson, and I am a sixteen-year-old trainee nurse with an ambition to volunteer my skills and compassion in order to make a profound difference to those who need it most.

Next April, I will be volunteering in the Philippines, specifically in the Cebu province within a rural health unit. I will be working with other volunteer nurses to conduct immunisations, health checks, home visits and community outreach whilst also raising awareness about healthcare, nutrition and hygiene.

Volunteering as a nurse in a foreign country comes with financial challenges, including travel expenses, living costs, and most importantly the purchase of medical supplies. While my passion and dedication to this cause are unwavering, I cannot do it alone. Your donation, no matter the amount, will play a pivotal role in helping me make a meaningful impact on the lives of the Filipino people.
