Please help get Madge and Cliffy home
Donation protected
Madge and baby Cliffy. Hes lost his Dad and mum within a month.
When Madge first got Cliffy she asked could we look after him if anything happened to her.
Hang in there Cliffy. You're coming home to your family.
UPDATE
A Quote for Madge to be flown home has been given and target has been amended. Have also taken into consideration Madge being brought from manchester airport to Liverpool
Unfortunately , Madge passed away earlier today , Saturday October 7th.
Thank you to everyone that donated and did their best for Madge.
We have decided we want to now use the donations to bring Madge back home to Liverpool to be laid to rest.
This would obviously bring the £70,000 goal right down as a private flight with medics is no longer needed, and the price will be drastically lower. I will adjust it as soon as i get a quote in the next few days.
We are still intending on bringing Cliffy over to the UK - he's lost his Mum and Dad a couple of weeks apart. He was Madge's baby and he will be grieving too. He will be treated like a V.I.D ( Very important Dog ) and we will make sure he has the best life possible.

Therefore you too have grief now; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you - John 16:22-23
Hi everyone - Madge and her husband moved from Liverpool and retired to Cyprus around 25 years ago.
Unfortunately she was told the property they lived in was going to be demolished by the landlord for construction of new commercial buildings. This was obviously stressful news for Madge and her husband. At age 80 she was planning on coming home to Liverpool.
In september, Madge suffered a severe stroke in her home. She has been in a coma ever since. She is fighting and has shown signs of trying to speak and she has briefly opened her eyes on a few occasions.
She has no family there so her family have been flying over to be with her.
The understandable stress of this became too much for her husband and he tragically took his own life on September 20th aged 83. Madge obviously does not know this yet.
The Hospital have stated they want Madge out and put in some care home, despite her being in a coma. We are desperate to stop that and want to bring Madge and her beloved dog Cliffy back to Liverpool, where she belongs, with family.
We have been told that it could cost over £60,000 to fly Madge back to the Uk with a medical escort.
She is putting up a fight for her life and so are we.
If you can help, please consider donating and help bring Madge and Cliffy back home. If you are financially struggling, don't donate. A share will be equally appreciated.
Thank you
