Hi, My name is Mary Anne, a friend of Harry and Pat. Harry has serious medical issues right now and is in Aruba, and needs to get back to the states!

For those of you that don't know Harry, let me tell you he is a former Marine, and firefighter - husband, father, grandfather and brother. The reason they are in Aruba, is that it is the one trip they have taken yearly to their timeshare that he worked so hard for. Last year, Harry had a knee replacement. About two weeks ago, he went into a hospital in Aruba, with an infection, and that seems to be corrected, but now there are complications with his heart, being in AFIB, among other issues. The doctors want him to fly by ambulance flight home, saying they can do no more to improve his condition. Harry and Pat have medical insurance but do not have insurance to cover this flight. His family is trying different options in the USA, but unable to get a flight without cash. Meanwhile, Pat had to leave their timeshare, and is paying for a place to stay - thinking all this time he would improve and be able to go home. However, Harry is not stable. He can not fly home on a regular flight. The hospital has given Pat quotes from $50-68,000 for an ambulance flight for Harry, and that my be only to Florida. They need to get him to Boston to see his doctors/surgeons. Let me say, these two would help anyone who needed it, and so I am trying to help them. Out of the goodness of your heart could you contribute to help get Harry and Pat get home, and to Boston. I am hoping Marines and Firefighters will see this plea and help their brother.
